Well, like all things in life, time has come to "retire" the BTC Webcam. On Sept 1, 2006 at 19:00 UTC, the last image will be taken and then the camera will be taken down.

The BTC building is nearing it's completion and all of the exterior work is 99% done.

The original purpose of the webcam is to view the progress of the building as it was going up.

The College of Business and Economics is scheduled to move in anytime soon and the camera may come up in a diff location and/or purpose.

Thanks to the College of Science for "hosting" the camera and their bandwidth!
